Re: Reason Sam has to leave
The fact he puts togther weakened teams to 'target' other matches which we still loose is enough for me to have this cunt out.

Booooooo

Since I've had the pleasure of following the club, almost every time we've changed the manager it's got even worse, so I'll stick with fatty for the time being thanks.

DP = Dopey Prick

So you want to drop our most in form striker, 3 goals in his last 5 games, for an out of form striker, 2 goals in his entire season (7 games).

Tell us why your so unhappy at being 6th at this stage in the season when we were 2nd from bottom at this stage last season.

Sakho - off to the african cup
Valencia - been injured once this season, what happens if he gets injured again??
Carroll - seems almost a certainty that he will get injured at some point!

That leaves us with Cole and Nolan up front!

Zarate hasnt been given a proper chance but when he has played has often changed games and looked a threat - 2 goals in 7 games isnt a real statistic as its been a few minutes in each of the 7 games!

D1ck

Re: Reason Sam has to leave
Calm down there a bit. We have had a great start to the season that has provided the platform to be able to reintroduce two of our biggest stars in Carroll and Nolan into the team. These are the solid players with proven premiership experience that will help us to consolidate our premiership position and I'm pretty certain in saying that we will avoid relegation yet again with Sam.

Re: Reason Sam has to leave
The Fat one is doing well above his targets and above RATIONAL expectation.

Zarate has made all the moves on this. He aint happy not playing and there are other options which the manager wants to use instead to keep us in the position that HE has got us in to...

I'll go along with Sam on shifting on Zarate as I think there is much more to this than meets the eye...

Re: Reason Sam has to leave
Over the last couple of seasons we have been the six highest spenders which should reevaluate our expectations - we should be where we are!!

Bit more of an accuarte statistic for you:

Minutes played/goals scored/minutes per goal

Diafra Sakho 955 7 136
Mauro Zarate 415 2 207
Carlton Cole 426 2 213
Andy Carroll 665 3 221
Enner Valencia 870 3 290

Re: Reason Sam has to leave
DP, Zarate has been injured this season as well. What happens if he gets injured again? He's 27 and he's at his 8th club.
He's not the future of West Ham.
Knicker wetting when we're 6th, having already beaten last seasons Champions and runners up?
Get a grip!

So essentially and for all practical purposes Cole is as effective as Zarate . Thanks for clearing that up.

the comments about knicker wetting would be semi valid if it weren't for the FACT that a useless cunt called carlton cole is occupying a place on the bench most weeks

Great goal-scoring record? Beside one season in South America, he hasn't broken double figures since 2008-2009.

Either way, Sam loaned him out because Zarate wanted to leave the club 'many weeks ago.' He obviously couldn't be bothered spending even half a season fighting for his place.

It reeks of petulance. Something he has a history of.

Darby_ 3:48 Tue Dec 30

Exactly how I read the situation.

I think Zarate was brought in to be the foil to Carroll and Valencia was to be played as an inside forward on the left, seeing as Jarvis is all but history.

With Sakho being a proper player, Zarate has not got the game time he wants and he knows that if he cries to the press like he pretended he didnt in November, that he can engineer a move.

Rather than slating Sam for this, we should be backing him in the decision know that he knows a damn site more about the situation than the Fucktards of WHO.

Full Claret Jacket 6:31 Tue Dec 30
Re: Reason Sam has to leave
Maybe it is petulance and Zarate should have been more patient but it sounds like it's been made clear to him that he isn't in the reckoning to play any part after moving a long way from a league where he was doing well. He should be at his peak at his age and I can see why he wouldn't want to piss away his career for a manager who doesn't rate him.

BFS man management skills seem to be lacking - unless you have a certain agent.

cholo 6:38 Tue Dec 30
Re: Reason Sam has to leave
I get it now.

what little that has gone wrong this season = Sam's fault

Everything that had gone right this season = nothing to do with Sam

That just about covers it.
